1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to css3.com. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the css3.com website, including all tools, services, features, content, and functionality offered on or through css3.com (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and css3.com ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. Description of Service

css3.com provides a free, web-based suite of interactive CSS developer tools, including but not limited to CSS generators (gradients, box shadows, border radius, glassmorphism, neumorphism, text shadows, clip paths, shapes, and buttons), layout builders (Flexbox and CSS Grid), animation keyframe generators, CSS optimization utilities, and a curated CSS design showcase. All tools are designed to generate production-ready CSS code through visual, interactive interfaces.

The Service is provided free of charge and is intended for both personal and commercial use. You may use the CSS code generated by our tools in any project, including commercial products, without attribution (though attribution is appreciated). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without liability.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The css3.com website, its original content, features, functionality, design, code, and branding are owned by css3.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

Generated Code: Any CSS, HTML, or other code that you generate using our tools belongs to you. You are free to use, modify, distribute, and commercially exploit any code generated through our tools without restriction. We make no claim of ownership over code that you create using our platform.

Showcase Designs: The CSS design showcase items provided on css3.com are offered for educational and illustrative purposes. You may freely use, modify, and incorporate the showcase designs and their accompanying code into your own projects for both personal and commercial purposes. We encourage creative adaptation and experimentation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation. You agree not to attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity, or decipher any transmissions to our servers. You agree not to use any automated system, including bots or scrapers, to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission.

You further agree not to use the Service to transmit any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation clear graphics interchange formats, web bugs, cookies, or similar devices. You agree not to impersonate or attempt to impersonate css3.com, a css3.com employee, another user, or any other person or entity. Any violation of these acceptable use guidelines may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate, reliable, or meet your requirements. We do not warrant that the CSS code generated by our tools will be compatible with all browsers, devices, or platforms.

You understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. While we strive to provide accurate and well-formed CSS output, you are responsible for testing, validating, and ensuring the suitability of any generated code for your specific use case. We recommend thorough cross-browser testing before deploying any CSS code in production environments.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall css3.com, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service, any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, or any content obtained from the Service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to css3.com, if any, during the twelve months preceding the claim. Since our Service is provided free of charge, you acknowledge that our maximum liability is effectively zero dollars and that you use the Service at your own risk.

7. External Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources that are not owned or controlled by css3.com. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that css3.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available on or through any third-party websites.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which css3.com operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within our operating jurisdiction. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of any individual provision does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
